Hi, I'm Nergal — a mobile notary and NNA-certified loan signing agent serving San Jose and roughly a 30-mile radius across the Bay Area. I come to hospitals, homes, offices, jails, title companies, and assisted-living facilities — wherever your signing needs to happen.
As a notary public I take customer service, impartiality, and accuracy seriously. Prior work experience sharpened my organizational and time-management skills — I show up on time, prepared, and focused on your documents. Attention to detail is the whole job.
My commission is #2348546, renewed and current. I'm background-screened annually and trained on the full range of loan document packages — purchase, refinance, HELOC, and reverse mortgage.
Languages
In addition to English I speak Farsi, Assyrian, Turkish — happy to conduct your signing in whichever language you're most comfortable with.
