Privacy policy

What we collect. When you submit the request form, we receive your name, phone, email, the service you want, when you need it, the meeting city or ZIP, and any optional message.

How we use it. Only to contact you about the notary appointment you requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with marketers.

Email delivery. Your submission is sent via Resend, our transactional email provider. Resend processes the email and may retain delivery logs under their privacy policy.

Analytics. We use Umami, a privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics tool. No personal data is collected; page views are aggregated.

Retention. Email submissions live in our inbox as long as they're operationally useful (typically under a year) and are then deleted.

Your rights. Email leads@ashur-notary.com to request deletion of any records that reference you.
